As a Customer Service Advisor at Everton you will support in both inbound and outbound communications from our customers whilst continuously representing our club, our values and a ‘Nil Satis Nisi Optimum’ service at all times via our CRM and Salesforce system.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, so it is essential that you build rapport and relationships quickly and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
