Finance Apprentice - The Regenda Group Liverpool

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Financial Systems manager with maintaining a secure financial system, which will include preparing audit reports for system monitoring. You will communicate closely with all finance and ICT colleagues, helping users across the group use the finance system and assessing user errors and issues whilst liaising with ICT helpdesk. You will also assist with accounts payable and receivable reconciliations. There will be opportunities to rotate onto other areas of the finance department to gain an understanding and experience of the finance function with the view of gaining a recognised finance qualification.

Ward Clerk - Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust


An opportunity has arisen to recruit a suitable applicant to our existing Ward Clerk Service at the North West Regional Spinal Injuries Centre. This is a 43 bedded hospital-based service consisting of up to 9 Acute Respiratory Care (ARC) beds & 34 rehabilitation beds. We have a large multi-professional team who are committed to delivering highest quality of care to our patients with the support of our essential Administrative staff. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of duties including answering telephone calls, recording patient admissions, transfer & discharge using electronic systems, filing hard copy documentation, managing Medical & Nursing notes, etc.

Warehouse Operative - Max Spielmann Wirral

The job holder must be energetic, enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, be a great team player and have the ability to meet deadlines. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the colleague will hold responsibility for the following duties:-

•To assist with the receiving and the distribution of items into the Warehouse.

• To check and ensure the appropriate levels of stock are in allocated bays.

• To pick and pack items ready for dispatch to branches or any specific location as directed in a timely manner.

  • At least 70-100 hours of work experience that’s tailored to your interests.
  • Support towards Functional Skills qualifications in English and maths.
  • Support towards an Essential Digital Skills qualification.
  • Support with CV writing and employability skills.

Eligibility

16- 24 years old; Not currently employed or in education; Little or no work experience; Do not hold a qualification higher than a full level 3.

How long is the course?

This is an 8–12-week course, full-time from Monday-Friday 09:30-15:30 each day
